Right of Withdrawal

You have a period of 15 days from the receipt of your order to return the products to us, without having to provide any justification.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, products must be unopened, unused, in their original intact packaging, and in perfect resalable condition. Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untraceable returns.

Refund

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original order.
